Les variantes cotées sous le prix plancher (minimumPriceEur) sont exclues : le catalogue leur attribue une valeur symbolique dont la variation relative n'a pas de sens. La variation moyenne est une moyenne tronquée (trimRatio écarté à chaque extrémité) ; la médiane, moins sensible aux modèles atypiques, reste l'indicateur de référence.
